Envious Solutions are an external party to the client and it is critical that clients take full responsibility for monitoring of final outcomes.
We take confidentiality seriously and will not disclose any information to a third party without consent.
Envious Solutions pride themselves on meeting deadlines, we do not take responsibility for deadlines not met due to information not delivered to us in a timely manner.
For any cancellations we require at least 24 hours notice for any pre organised meetings.
If you wish to cancel any of our packages or services we require 30 days notice, in writing.
All services need to be paid 35% before work begins and 65% upon completion. Some services are billed on a monthly cycle and payment is requested 7 days from invoice date.
Although Envious Solutions provide packages and hourly rates we are a flexible agency. Therefore we will find a solution to accommodate your needs and budgets.
